Ways to make money as a mom

These are the things I'm actually doing, around naps, school runs and real life. Start with whichever one fits your season.

the one I'm all in on ๐Ÿ–ค

Build + protect with me

I help families get affordable access to legal help and identity protection, and I get paid to share it. It's the one I'd pick first if I were starting over.

UGC creator

Brands pay creators to make videos and photos for their ads, websites and pages. No following needed. It's free to start, and there are lots of accounts that share how.

good for: the mom who wants to explore her creativity and help brands grow

Quotes pages

A faceless page that posts quotes people want to save and share. Easy to batch at night and keep going in the small pockets of your day.

how it makes money
  • Facebook monetization: the most common way. Once your page qualifies, Facebook pays you for your content.
  • Sending people to something that fits the vibe: a digital product, a physical product or an affiliate link your followers would actually love.
good for: moms who don't want to show their face

Amazon influencer program

Make short videos of things you already own and love, and earn a commission when people buy through your storefront. It's free to join and get started, but there's a lot of trickiness to getting accepted and actually making solid income.

good for: the mom everyone asks "where'd you get that?"

Affiliate marketing

You share products you already use and love with your own link or code, and the brand pays you a commission when someone buys. No inventory, no shipping, no packing up orders.

  1. Start with what's already in your cart, your fridge and your kid's diaper bag.
  2. Look for that brand's affiliate or creator program (most are free to join) and grab your link or code.
  3. Share it the way you'd tell a friend: stories, posts, reels, or a link page like this one.
โœฆ always say it's an affiliate link or use #ad. It keeps you honest and it's the rule.
good for: the mom who already recommends everything to her friends

Selling on Vinted

Turn the closet clean out (and all the baby clothes they outgrew in five minutes) into cash. Snap, list, ship.

how it works
  • List it free: snap a few photos on your phone, add a title, size and price, and post. There are no selling fees, so what you price it at is what you keep.
  • Someone buys: the buyer covers shipping, and Vinted gives you a prepaid label. Just pack it and drop it off.
  • Get paid: once the buyer confirms everything's good, the money lands in your Vinted balance and you can send it to your bank.
good for: moms who need to declutter anyway
